On time and as expected
Sometimes Amazon and Etsy just can't deliver on a product the way a businesses like CustomThreadz can. I needed the shirt in a hurry and they had a bunch of great designs to chose from. The shirt came on time (which was early enough for me to wash and wear it to my event), with a clear and vibrant print. I wish the tshirt material were softer and the print less stiff, but there's nothing really that can be done about that except to break it in. Size is normal to other tees. Legit business.
