Return & Exchanges
Once you have received your package, you have 15 days to contact us so we can initiate the exchange process.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your items back. We cannot do exchanges for items that have been washed, printed on or that are otherwise unable to be resold. Exchanges must be sent back using a traceable method of shipping to ensure proper delivery and processing. We recommend using the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or Fedex.
If you need the new items immediately, you should place a brand new order so that it can go out right away without waiting for the original items to arrive at the warehouse and be processed.

Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchanges. We offer a 25% discount to re-order a personalized item.
